Project Wholesome

This was my school journal entry #7…

On Tuesday, we had our Project Wholesome. We learnt:

  1. A few simple Wushu moves and stances
  2. Taking a good look at you and me
  3. How to eat a balanced diet

We missed out on some Wushu because our class came down  to the hall later than the other classes. Fortunately, we cam just in time for the project. I found some of the moves quite tough, but I did not give up.

During “Taking a good look at you and me”, the person told a story and it was about an old lady who carried pots. One had a crack and the other did not. As the old lady carried water in the pots, water came out from the crack pot. The the old lady planted flowers in the cracked pot’s side so that when the water came out from the cracked pot, it could water the flowers.

During “How to eat a balanced diet’, we learnt about the food pyramid and the meaning of obesity.
